Charitable Programs

Wheels Group has been involved in community projects that make a difference. Every year Wheels selects charities and fundraising initiatives to support on a rotating basis. In 2008, Wheels worked to raised money for the Heart and Stroke Big Bike Challenge and has held several food, coat and toy drives throughout the year. During the Christmas season, Wheels Group also sponsors several families through the Salvation Army

Greening Initiatives

As an EPA Smartway Transportation Partner, Wheels Group is committed to demonstrating environmental responsibility in the reduction of our environmental footprint and energy consumption. To support our sustainable green development, Wheels continually strives to improve fuel efficiency throughout our operations and look for new ways to help our customers achieve greener supply chain solutions.

Within Wheels Group, concerted effort has been made to reduce consumption of energy, reduce waste and raise awareness amongst staff to change consumption patterns. From changing our lighting to expanding our current recycling programs, Wheels Group is seeking new ways of doing our part to become green.
